Cherezov Ivan Yu
Ivan Yu Cherezov (born November 18, 1980, Izhevsk, Russia) - Russian athlete, biathlete, master of sports of international class. It is a silver winner of XX Olympic Winter Games in Turin 2006, in a relay race, world champion in 2005 in a mixed relay race, world champion in 2007 in the men's relay race.
Biography
Biathlon began at 9 years (since 1989). The first coach? Ignatievich Vladimir Novikov. The first victory won in the biathlon in 1995 in the sprint at the youthful perventve Udmurtiya.
At the World Cup started 2 December 2004 in the Norwegian Beytostolene. He participated in three world championships (2005-2007 biennium), which has won, along with fellow team two gold medals in relay races.
Of the four races the Olympic Games in Turin 2006. Together with Sergey Chepikovym, Pavel Rostovtsev, Nikolay Kruglov won the silver medal in the men's relay race. In personal racing Cherezov said fifth place in the sprint.
